Referral!!!!!

Today (Monday, 26 June, 2006) is the happiest day of our lives. God has matched us with a beautiful child, Leah Morgan-Dai Stone.

In most cases, for children that are abandoned in China, their names are unknown. Therefore, the orphanage that cares for them names each child. Leah was born August 19, 2005 and currently lives at the Gauzhou Social Welfare Institute, in Guangdong Province (in southern China). Each child who enters this orphanage is given the family surname of Gao, which is considered the last name. Each year a new middle name is chosen to identify what year the child is born. For every child born in 2005, their middle name is Shao. Finally a first name is chosen. Leah's chosen first name was Dai. Her full Chinese name is Gao Shao Dai. We chose to keep her Chinese first name and combine it with her American middle name -- Leah Morgan-Dai Stone.

At 6 months old, she was 25 inches long and weighed 14 pounds and cute as a button!!!!!!
