Our Day

Today was a pretty relaxing day. Now all 3 of us have colds…not bad ones, just annoying. After breakfast, we went for a walk in a park along the river. While walking, we got to watch people doing all sorts of activities…Tai Chi, practicing with swords and num chucks, dancing with Chinese fans, and badminton. After our walk, we just came back to the room and took a little nap. Later in the day, we took Leah down to the play room. She enjoys it there, but it almost overwhelming for her. She’s not used to some many toys to choose from. Leah went to her first birthday party tonight…her friend, Samantha, turned 1 today. After we came back to the room, Leah got a huge burst of energy and walked to hold our fingers and walk (actually run) all over the room. She laughs hysterically while she’s walking…it is so funny!!!! We’re all ready to come home. The hotel and everything is really nice, but it’s just time to get Leah home.
